Yatra Ke Samay Pe Ulti Rokne Ka Jane Upay – In Hindi

Hiiiiii Friends, Yadi aap kai lambe tour pe ya phir koi bhi yatra kar rahe ho is samay pe aapko kai bar ultiya hoti hai. kya aap ye ultiya hone ki wajah jante ho. Is duniya me har kisiko ghumne phirne ka bahut shoukh hota hai, par kai log aese hote hai, jo jyada lamba safar tay karne me asamarth hote hai. kyoki yatra ke dauran hi unki tabiyat kharab ho jati hai ya to phir ultiya aane lagti hai. Jis wajah se unke safar ka sara maza bigad jata hai, aese log bus ya car me safar nahi kar pate hai. Isliye is problem se bachne ke liye hum aapke liye kuch upay batane jaa raha hu. Ulti Rokne Ke Gharelu Upay:-

 

1. Adark:-

Agar aapko yatra karte waqt ulti hoti hai to aap adrak ki chaaye peekar ghar se nikle ya phir adrak ka tukda muh me chaba le.

2. Pudine Ki Patti:-

Pudine ki chaaye banayiye ya phir pudine ki pattiyo ke sewan se ulti ruk jati hai.

3. Sirka:-

Sirka aur kala namak milakar chatne se ultiya ruk jati hai.

4. chawal ka pani:-

Pehle aap chawal ko puri tarah se ubaaliye aur iske baad paani ko nikalkar thanda kijiye. baad me us paani ko pi jaye.

5. Pyaz ka ras:-

Ek pyaz ko gheeskar uska ras nikal le. Is ras me thodi si kali mirch dale aur ab isko mix karke ek-ek chammach har 2 ghanto ke baad le.

6. Barf:-

Baar-baar ulti hoti hai to muh me barf rakhna chahiye. usse faida bahut faida hoga.

7. Nimbu:-

Nimbu ka tukda kale namak ke saath apne mooh me rakhne se aapko ulti nahi hogi.

8. Shahad:-

Ek glass paani me shahad milakar peene se ultiya band ho jati hai.

9. Elaichi:-

Ulti hone ki smabhavna lage to usi samay pe 2 elaichi nikal kar khaane se aaram milega. aapke pet me acidity bhi shant ho jayegi. khana hazam hone me bhi aasani hogi. elaichi se ulti ka ilaj accha hota hai.

Yatra Ke Samay Pe Ulti Rokne Ke Liye Ye Step Follow Kare:-

1. Aap kabhi koi tour ya safar kar rahe to hamesha car ya bus me baithne ke liye aagewali sit hi pasand karna. Aagewali sit pe baithne se aapko ulti nahi hogi.
2. Yadi aap kisi bus me safar karte hai, to aapko tazi hawaa nahi mil pati. tazi hawaa lene ke liye aap hamesha khidkiwali sit hi pasand kare. Aesa karne se aapka sharir healthy rahega.
3. Yatra karte waqt jyada khana nahi chahiye. jyada khane se bhi ulti ho sakti hai. Iske saath ye bhi dhyan rakhe ki pet ekdum khali bhi nahi hona chahiye.
4. Safar ke dauran aapko ghbhrahat jaisa mehsus hone lage to sauff ka upyog karna chahiye. Thodi si sauff muh me rakhkar chaba lena chahiye isse accha lagega.
5. Bhut kam log jante hai ki pudine ki tazi pattiya khane se ulti nahi hoti. pudine ki pattiya ulti rokne me bahut madad karti hai.


Isme se koi bhi step ko aap follow karenge to aap yatra ke duaran ulti hone se rok sakte hai. Ab aapko puri tarah se samjh me aa gaya hoga ki safar karte waqt ulti aa jaye to kya karna chahiye ya ulti hone se kaise roke. Is post me koi baat aapko samajh me nahi aayi to hume bataye.
